Dr. Anand Kenia has a bachelors degree in Finance from Emory University. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed his Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology Fellowship as well as his cardiology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
He is board certified by American Board Internal Medicine in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Medicine. He is a member of the Heart Rhythm Society and American College of Cardiology. He has a special interest in management of atrial fibrillation, complex heart rhythm disturbances, and device management. He is excited to be back in the Atlanta area and is honored to have the opportunity to care for this community.

I am so sorry to see Dr. Kenia leave. He has been the best Dr. I have ever had. Seems like all the good Dr's. are leaving Wellstar. He is my 4th dr to leave, including all the Dr's. that were at Ortho Atlanta. I think something needs to be fixed!

The front office was chaotic today. There were 4 working up front. But, there was a wait to check in and to check out. The person who checked me in couldn't take my copay. The person who checked me out couldn't take my copay. I was told just to pay it on my chart. It was a frustrating experience with people who seemed incompetent.

The nurse, Vickie, was so sweet and funny. She helped put me at ease as I have a tendency to get nervous at doctor appointments. Dr. Kenia has been my doctor for years and I completely trust him. He also treats my mother and grandmother and asks about each of us when one of us are being seen. I applied for financial assistance prior to the approval of Medicaid, but they still asking me some of left over bill, which is not much left the rest I paid, my request to wipe it out because I was the candidate of financial assistance.
