Just moved to Cartersville, GA and I was nervous about choosing a new provider. I can say after my first visit, I am so glad I choose this practice.

I really had a great experience with the medical care I received from Attoya Rosier, FNP and the medical assistant. However; the medical administration at the front desk need adequate training for verification of insurance benefits. They can not tell the patient if you are in-network or out of network with insurance. Even if you advise them to call and verify your benefits before seeing the doctor. They will tell you yes. After being seen you maybe referred back to front desk for collections of additional money after already paying your copay. I was told the practice manager would call me. It's been 48 hours and no call from anyone. Even after I have called and left voice message. This is poor administrative practices. It's a shame because you only get once to demonstrate a good , fair and professional image. Sincerely Unhappy Customer

Sometimes when I call in, it's very difficult to get to a person or get a return call quickly. Now that wasn't necessarily the case this time, but in the previous six months, that was the case. I wasn't able to get a hold of anybody. And another problem was my prescriptions weren't all called in properly. So there was one that wasn't available when I went to pick it up. So anyway, I'd see some improvement, but that's my main concern is there's not someone to answer the phone or call back promptly. Thank you.
