And then she also just made sure that she went through everything that she needed to to make sure that my children were taken the proper care of and she explained everything as I stated before very thoroughly. Dr. Bridget Dauphin is always very professional. She is always, I'm sorry I went blank, but always develops a great rapport with my children. She sees all three of my kids and so our visits are always thorough, even if we're the last patient and I feel like she always cares.

Dr. Dauphin was amazing! My daughter came in with severe asthma and ahe immediately gave oxygen to my daughter. Dr. Dauphin was very thorough with her treatment for my daughter. Creekside always provides the best care for my babies.

Dr. Dauphin always shows so much concern regarding her patient's care. She takes time and does not rush through the visits. She is an exceptional doctor with an awesome bedside manner.

We are happy with Dr. Dauphin and the staff at Creekside. But today, we arrived 15 min early as requested, were called back on time and then sat in the room for over an hour without anyone coming in to talk to us. I understand that the doctor gets held up with patience, but we would appreciate someone acknowledging that we're there so we don't feel like they forgot about us. They are often running late at Creekside, but not in excess like today, and we had the 3rd appointment of the day. This is also not the only Wellstar office where I have had this issue. It should be standard practice to acknowledge a patient every 15 min or so, even if there isn't an ETA for the doctor's arrival.

I was very pleased. The doctor actually called me after hours and was able to find a medication that the insurance accepted and was able to explain some other things that she could try along with the medication that she prescribed. She is a fantastic doctor. Thank you.

But today, we arrived 15 min early as requested, were called back on time and then sat in the room for over an hour without anyone coming in to talk to us. I understand that the doctor gets held up with patience, but we would appreciate someone acknowledging that we're there so we don't feel like they forgot about us. They are often running late at Creekside, but not in excess like today, and we had the 3rd appointment of the day. This is also not the only Wellstar office where I have had this issue. It should be standard practice to acknowledge a patient every 15 min or so, even if there isn't an ETA for the doctor's arrival.
