Hopkins is very rude, I will never see him again

This was the rudest person I have ever met! I would not take my dog to see him. The front receptionist, X-ray technician and the intern were very nice but this man was rude and not helpful at all !!

I have no complaints. Dr. Charles had answered all my questions and he was concerned about what I was in there for. I have no problems and I will be back to get the other replacement.

Help kept talking about my weight being very rude and he also tried to refer me to an outside physician

I thought the staff from front to back were all courteous and professional. We were seen in an efficient amount of time. We were amazed how quickly we were able to come in and be seen. I felt like the doctor listened and we were very satisfied overall with our service.

Dr was very dismissive. He stayed in the room for 19 seconds. I had no time to discuss anything he said take the cast off you're fine xray looks perfect. Would not recommend. Seems very incompetent

The doctor didn't show me the xrays that was taken or went over them with me just came in and told me what he thought it was and gave me a shot and was told to come back in 6 weeks. I found that rude from a specialist.

My husband had surgery for a broken hip. In My Chart in one place it was stated he had a broken leg and in another place it said broken heel.
