As usual, medical staff was good but scheduling and wait were very bad. Every time I go here I feel like it's a medical system designed to squeeze every last dollar from the patient experience. Self check in experience is horrible. My appointment was moved up 15m day of only to have me wait 1.5 hours before seeing doctor. Waits are always too long. Not enough appointment times available. Too bad for the actual healthcare providers working here
