My husband and I had our initial set up appointments and were so impressed with their efficient scheduling and excellent customer service. We only waited a few minutes in the waiting room and as soon as we got into the rooms, we were seen immediately. Plus while in the waiting room, staff checked on us to make sure our needs were being met. All a welcomed surprise! We are used to at other doctors offices, being put into rooms and sitting there sometimes an hour. This is the most welcoming and efficient office we have experienced. Thank you.

When I went to get my blood work the screen was not working and I had to put my name down on a clipboard. I waited 30 min and still no one came to get me..I ended up having to leave.

When the nurse weighed me, she didn't seem to know how to use the scale and didn't realize that it was weighing me in kilograms. She was ready to put my weight is 88 even though I was clearly over 200 pounds. Alternatively, the nurse practitioner, Cynthia Giannetti was great and spent a lot of time with me even looking up an old CAT scan to explain some of the results.
