From check in to check out 1,000% Everyone is super friendly to my kids and me and I love and appreciate it. My daughter was sick - called at 1:30 and they were able to see her at 3:45. That means the WORLD to a worried mommy. But I want to directly say Dr Hines is the BEST. She is direct but compassionate, thorough but does not rush and just delivers good energy. I appreciate her and the attention this office gives.

I thought Dr. Hines was very professional. She answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed. She answered my son's questions as well as mine. And I thought she did a very good job. She put him at ease since this was his first time seeing her. And I was very pleased with the exam. And I thought she was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend her as a provider.

Dr. Hines was great. She was caring and attentive and informative and I would love to take my son back to her anytime. The nurse staff was not as friendly, but the doctor made up for anything that the nurse lacked. So, I would say that the doctor did a great job and she should be commended on her great work. The office was extremely disorganized. The receptionist couldn't find our appointment because she was spelling our last name wrong and wasn't particularly nice about it. We arrived 10 minutes before our 1:00 appointment time as instructed, and we were told we would have to wait until at least 1:15 because all the doctors were at lunch. It was longer than that. The appointment took a very long time and it's hard having a sick child and waiting. The nurse who took us back to have my daughter weighed, temperature check, etc. started asking questions and then realized she had nothing to write on and tore a piece of paper off the paper scale hygienic cover. She was writing notes on this little scrap, and it was completely unprofessional. Thankfully, the doctor was professional and competent.

Dr. Hines was amazing! My daughter gets very nervous and uncomfortable with going to the doctor. I was blown away by how well she did with Dr. Hines. She made my daughter feel comfortable with being checked out. The young lady that took her history and vitals was also wonderful. She could tell that my daughter was nervous and made a connection with her almost immediately. The staff was great and my daughter had the best experience going to the doctor to date. Looking forward to seeing Dr. Hines again for her follow up and physical.

I'd like to give feedback on patient wait times. My appointment was at 10:15 and I didn't see the doctor until 11.15 AM. Additionally, the nurse took my daughter's temperature inaccurately. She checked it in at 98.1 and when I got home, my daughter's temperature read 101. So, I know that she didn't accurately put the thermometer underneath her armpit. Additionally, I just think the way that they communicate to patients is not professional and I think there needs to be training. But the biggest opportunity at this office is patient wait times. There's no reason why I schedule an appointment, I show up on time, and it takes almost an hour for me to be seen by a doctor. They spend less than five minutes with me and give mediocre service. Thank you so much.

Dr. Hines was very thorough. She was very intentional about seeing what was going on with my son. She was very courteous. She was very respectful and she was very knowledgeable. And really, I just appreciated her because she's probably the best doctor in the practice.

Exceptional care and bedside manner. With a fussy toddler and an empowered big brother, this Mom was trying to get the information and keep her own blood pressure down. Dr. Hines is delightful.

I thought Dr. Hines was very professional. She answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed. She answered my son's questions as well as mine. And I thought she did a very good job. She put him at ease since this was his first time seeing her. And I was very pleased with the exam. And I thought she was extremely thorough. I would highly recommend her as a provider.

From check in to check out 1,000% Everyone is super friendly to my kids and me and I love and appreciate it. My daughter was sick - called at 1:30 and they were able to see her at 3:45. That means the WORLD to a worried mommy. But I want to directly say Dr Hines is the BEST. She is direct but compassionate, thorough but does not rush and just delivers good energy. I appreciate her and the attention this office gives.
