We love Dr Garrot but the wait times at this office are ridiculously long. We will be brought back in the exam room, vitals taken, and have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for the doctor. This is very difficult with an infant.

Appointment was 2: 30 signed in 2 20 had to wait an extra 50 mins to see Dr. Had to inquire what was happening why the wait was taking so long. Nothing was communicated to me. Very unacceptable

While we LOVE Dr Garrot, only working 3 days a week, at only one location now, makes it difficult to see our favorite provider. Those of us who work full time do not have the luxury of missing work to make it to restricted times, days, and location.

I had a great experience the staff from front desk to my childs doctor were amazing Misty the receptionist was extremely nice also Samantha was very gentle with my baby and Dr.Garrot she gave me the best advice for if my infant is experiencing gas troubles I appreciate how warm and friendly they were

Dr Garrot is always very warm and compassionate with my daughter, after our pediatrician left we didn't think we would find a doctor like her but Dr. Garrot more then fills her shoes. My daughter loves her and feels comfortable talking to her with whatever is bothering so I'm grateful for that. From the front office staff to the nurse Elizabeth who did her vital signs everyone were awesome.

Physician did not spend more than 3 minutes with patient , she was rushing . She just told my daughter had viral infection that what was clueless about it . She gave very vague information about my concern. If I knew how this consultation would be , iníquo never take my daughter to this location. Possibly I will look for another location with a more reputable and knowledgeable physician .

While we love coming here the wait is absurd every time we come. This time was an hour and a half before we were even seen for a scheduled appointment weeks ago. But, this isn't uncommon. Many times we wait, 30-45 minutes even though we are more than on time. It's very frustrating especially with young children.

our pediatrician has retired, and we took recommendations after a year of trying another practice, and we found our home back at Kenmar. She was absolutely wonderful and grateful we found someone that could take our former pediatricians place.

We did not see our provider until 1 hour and 15 minutes after our appmt time and then felt rushed through our visit. I wasn't able to discuss many of the questions I had bc by then my toddler was having a melt down after waiting so long.
