The staff is always very pleasant and greats me with a great welcome. They follow by making sure that everything is correct with information. They always have a smile. My primary doctor Lalani is fantastic. He's very professional and has true concern with any issues with my health. I feel confident with him. He makes certain I understand and always always feel very comfortable. It's always a pleasant experiences regardless of my issues not matter what my condition is. I always enjoy my visit's.

WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEIR LAB WAS CLOSED AND HAD TO GO TO WOODSTOCK FOR BLOOD WORK. SEEMS LIKE IT HAS HAPPENED A COUPLE TIMES BEFORE. NEVER KNOW WHEN OR WHEN NOT IT WILL BE OPEN. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

Yes, I was there for a physical. My test results came back the next day. I wanted to know what they were, but they said the doctor would be calling me in a few days. If they have the test results already, I really want to know what they are.

Love Monique and Dr L. While I only spent a short amount of time for my physical, he was thorough, explained everything and listened to all my concerns. He was so attentive and just gets it. You could feel comfortable with him. There are very few providers that can do that. Can't recommend him enough!
