Dr. Fritz Jean-Pierre received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School in Chicago, IL. He completed his general surgery at Mount Sinai-University of Illinois at Chicago then completed his bariatric surgery/minimally-invasive fellowship at Morehouse School of Medicine. He is board-certified by American Board Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. His interests include robotic surgery and complex revision bariatric surgery.

Most people can’t wait to leave the hospital. Deidra and Bow Matthews, however, weren’t quite ready on their discharge day.
Deidra had just delivered Chase, a beautiful girl. Holding that tiny, fragile baby in their arms, both new parents felt nervous about what to do next.
