Glenda is tops when it comes to listen, ask questions and answers questions as well and I highly recommend her to anyone. As far as LAB...major backup. They only have 1 KIOSK and was in lab over 45 minutes AFTER checking in. Total time 71 minutes in lab. Needs changes for sure.
