After going to another clinic and being told they wouldn't see my daughter because they closed in 30 minutes I Was happy to find this place open later. The front desk ladies were very nice and friendly along with the lady that took care of her in the room. The Dr was nice but seemed like he was more concerned about what ever bug she had letting it run it's course and wouldn't give her steroids or anything to help. We had to take her to our local hospital clinic today as her fever never came down but it actually had gotten higher while alternating Ibprofen and Tylenol. We would return if we were in town and had to get help.

Dr. Rodriguez is wonderful. I have seen him several times and I always ask for him if he is in. He is most compassionate, thorough, and eager to make me feel better. I wish he could be my primary care physician. My husband and I think he is the best.

I had a very distressing And disappointing experience. I went in for severe knee pain and it was a bit complicated because I was already under the care of an orthopedic surgeon. But you see the doctor didn't Yeah even have an x-ray ordered. The doctor just wrote a prescription for pain medicine. When I tried to call back a few days later to report that I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep. I wasn't treated with courtesy or compassion at all. I was told that the pain was that bad I needed to go to the ER because they had already done everything they could do, but that's just not true at all. They didn't even do an x-ray for me and it's just gotten so hard with the sleep deprivation to make good decisions. I feel like the nurse I spoke to on the phone when I tried to call for help was rude to me and just not wanting to help at all. And I was also disappointed in the doctor I saw. I did not feel like he was thorough at all. And I just feel like it's very unfair to throw a patient to the ER When you really haven't done any diagnostics that were available. This experience has just been so disheartening for me. And it just seems so unfair to the emergency rooms that can already be so overwhelmed. When urgent care doesn't try to use the tools they have to help as best. They can. not even an x-ray. I just wasn't treated with respect with any of the people I spoke to when I tried to call for help after my visit. It's just so important that medical people have compassion. It's not good to just throw a patient without really trying to help. I don't understand why they would do that.

What I mostly disliked about our experience was the time that we spent there. The delays were incredibly long. Being with two kids, one with a broken arm in a room for hours is not acceptable, especially when there are not people, there are not other patients, it's like one or two waiting. We spent three hours. The service was great, but the time was extremely long.

Had an appointment at 11:20. Arrived at 11 after an automated message at about 10:30 AM asking if I was there yet? Left the house earlier than planned because of the automated message. Waited about 40 minutes past the scheduled time for triage. Waited another 20 minutes for a room to be cleaned. Waited a bit longer to see the doctor who apologized immediately saying that he was the only doctor there that day but there should have been a second doctor at the facility. I didn't note any emergency situations. Why not have the automated system tell patients that things are running behind and come to the facility 30 or 45 minutes later? Sure would be easier for everyone, in my opinion.

Dr Rodriguez went above and beyond. I suspected what the problem might be. Even though he could not find symptoms of this problem during a physical exam, he ordered an X-ray to be sure. My suspicion was correct and I'm so glad he took the time to listen and did not dismiss my instincts. He also stayed after his shift was over in order to deliver the results.

Had an appointment at 11:20. Arrived at 11 after an automated message at about 10:30 AM asking if I was there yet? Left the house earlier than planned because of the automated message. Waited about 40 minutes past the scheduled time for triage. Waited another 20 minutes for a room to be cleaned. Waited a bit longer to see the doctor who apologized immediately saying that he was the only doctor there that day but there should have been a second doctor at the facility. I didn't note any emergency situations. Why not have the automated system tell patients that things are running behind and come to the facility 30 or 45 minutes later? Sure would be easier for everyone, in my opinion.

I had an appointment and I still had to wait well over an hour. Every time I come to this urgent care I get really good care from the provider. However, the wait time is long every visit. If it were not for the fact that I'm a Wellstar employee, I would go to another urgent care that was faster

What I mostly disliked about our experience was the time that we spent there. The delays were incredibly long. Being with two kids, one with a broken arm in a room for hours is not acceptable, especially when there are not people, there are not other patients, it's like one or two waiting. We spent three hours. The service was great, but the time was extremely long.

I had a very distressing And disappointing experience. I went in for severe knee pain and it was a bit complicated because I was already under the care of an orthopedic surgeon. But you see the doctor didn't Yeah even have an x-ray ordered. The doctor just wrote a prescription for pain medicine. When I tried to call back a few days later to report that I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep. I wasn't treated with courtesy or compassion at all. I was told that the pain was that bad I needed to go to the ER because they had already done everything they could do, but that's just not true at all. They didn't even do an x-ray for me and it's just gotten so hard with the sleep deprivation to make good decisions. I feel like the nurse I spoke to on the phone when I tried to call for help was rude to me and just not wanting to help at all. And I was also disappointed in the doctor I saw. I did not feel like he was thorough at all. And I just feel like it's very unfair to throw a patient to the ER When you really haven't done any diagnostics that were available. This experience has just been so disheartening for me. And it just seems so unfair to the emergency rooms that can already be so overwhelmed. When urgent care doesn't try to use the tools they have to help as best. They can. not even an x-ray. I just wasn't treated with respect with any of the people I spoke to when I tried to call for help after my visit. It's just so important that medical people have compassion. It's not good to just throw a patient without really trying to help. I don't understand why they would do that.

Dr. Rodriguez is wonderful. I have seen him several times and I always ask for him if he is in. He is most compassionate, thorough, and eager to make me feel better. I wish he could be my primary care physician. My husband and I think he is the best.

After going to another clinic and being told they wouldn't see my daughter because they closed in 30 minutes I Was happy to find this place open later. The front desk ladies were very nice and friendly along with the lady that took care of her in the room. The Dr was nice but seemed like he was more concerned about what ever bug she had letting it run it's course and wouldn't give her steroids or anything to help. We had to take her to our local hospital clinic today as her fever never came down but it actually had gotten higher while alternating Ibprofen and Tylenol. We would return if we were in town and had to get help.
