The room was cold. It started at 68 degrees and dropped to 67 degrees during my visit. I would appreciate it if you could make the exam rooms more comfortable for the patients.

the gown is not a gown but a half of piece of paper that is not sufficient for a patient to have to wait in... I've seen sports bras with more to work with.. staff was awesome though

My experience with Joy was amazing. She took her time. She was very good at what she did. She was very down to earth. She explained everything before she did it and everything as she was doing it. She answered all of my questions and she was very gentle. The procedure took a little bit of time but she got it done. I was expecting bruising. There was barely any bruising which was amazing. She is amazing. I would recommend her any day, all day.

The staff were very nice. But the office was very cold. It was unpleasant getting undressed to be examined. I'm not sure how the staff can stand to be cold all day. The building does not seem very insulated.
