Their staff is excellent. Smiling and courteous. The intake staffer was professional and skilled. I can never praise Dr. Hsu sufficiently!!! My time with him was not rushed and he answered all my questions. From my several visits the entire staff are professional, friendly, obviously highly trained and skilled!!! I highly recommend Dr. Hsu!!!!!

I was treated so nicely by everyone from the surgeon to the nurses. I was fed well. I can't say much more than just say everybody took care of me like a king. I mean, they were also nice to me all throughout the night when I needed somebody, they were right there. And I thank you all so much for helping me.

Dr. Hsu suggested that I take all options into consideration before deciding on surgery. I'm happy that he doesn't just say "yes you need surgery right away " like a lot of other doctors do. He answered my questions and I'm very grateful that I was able to see him!
