The wait was long (more than 1 hour) but everything else was wonderful. The desk staff said the wait was even longer (over 2 hours) earlier in the day. That's the only negative thing to say. Everyone I came in contact with there, from desk staff, nurses, and doctors, were all wonderful. You might just need a few more of them to keep the wait lower . Thank you!

Staff and doctor were on a rush. Did not take time to explain more about the diagnostic, nor how to treat my stomach pain at home while waiting for the GI appointment. Performance indicators used must have staff paid by patients processed, not satisfied patients. It is a shame how the healthcare system works. Patients deserve fair, comprehensive, empathetic treatment. Patients deserve a full explanation and exploratory analysis. Definitely not recommending.

Each and everyone there were very nice, personable, and kind. Dr. Karla Booker is fabulous! Such a caring person...making you feel so well listened to as well as being very knowledgeable...makes you feel very comfortable and in good hands.

The nurse who saw me was helpful and listened carefully while taking my history. Dr. Karla Booker was excellent, she listened, looked up my test results from my visit in another state- very resourceful which helped in my treatment. By that evening I was feeling much better. Only negative was a 2hr wait time but the excellent care made it worth it. I am an RN in home health in this community and had almost given up on Urgent care treatment, but thanks to this clinics treatment I will definitely refer my patients to go there. Thank you.

Had a 3pm appointment and unlike Lab appointments, I had a 1hr 40min wait before I was called. Whats the point of scheduling? It would be better to just advise on the system how long it woukd be. It doesn't take long to collect copay so arriving just before appoi tent time should not be a issue. Nobody want to wait that long for anything. Thank you

I did expect a long waiting period, as when I checked in, the kiosk informed that it would take 1 hour and 47 minutes approximately to be seen. I arrived around 10:30 am for an 11:20 appointment. When I was finally put into the doctor's room around 1:14 pm, I did not have a doctor in front of me until 2pm. The whole visit took over 4 hours to complete. I do understand that there would have been a waiting time regardless and priority needs were addressed first, but it did take out a huge chunk of my day.

My child was in distress from an allergic reaction to medication. The staff expedited our case and dealt with us immediately. My son is adopted and had never been in a hospital facility as a patient and was extremely scared. The staff went out of their way to make him comfortable.

I just want to say that Dr. Booker is an incredible physician. I honestly think that she's probably the best physician in the entire world. She not only solved my concern, but she also provided me with a referral to a physician who would be able to make sure that my reoccurring medical problem would be addressed so that it does not continue to occur. She provided me with medication that would treat my medical problem and also made sure that I will have continuous follow-ups with someone who will be able to take care of me so I don't continue to have this issue. She was inquisitive, very smart, very intuitive. I just felt very well taken care of and like I was in the hands of someone who knew how to take care of me. I just think that she's so outstanding, incredibly personable as well. I would recommend her to everyone. Dr. Booker is incredible.

We were in the patient room for a very long time. Every time the doctor would come in for a few minutes and then they'd leave for the nurse to come in and do something else and it would be like a 20-minute wait between the next time the nurse or the doctor would come in between every single thing that was done. We were never told how long things would take, period. It didn't seem that there was a lot of people there or it wasn't overly crowded.

When I was finally put into the doctor's room around 1:14 pm, I did not have a doctor in front of me until 2pm. The whole visit took over 4 hours to complete. I do understand that there would have been a waiting time regardless and priority needs were addressed first, but it did take out a huge chunk of my day.

Had a 3pm appointment and unlike Lab appointments, I had a 1hr 40min wait before I was called. Whats the point of scheduling? It would be better to just advise on the system how long it woukd be. It doesn't take long to collect copay so arriving just before appoi tent time should not be a issue. Nobody want to wait that long for anything. Thank you

The nurse who saw me was helpful and listened carefully while taking my history. Dr. Karla Booker was excellent, she listened, looked up my test results from my visit in another state- very resourceful which helped in my treatment. By that evening I was feeling much better. Only negative was a 2hr wait time but the excellent care made it worth it. I am an RN in home health in this community and had almost given up on Urgent care treatment, but thanks to this clinics treatment I will definitely refer my patients to go there. Thank you.

The doctor was excellent. However, the wait time was excessive. I made an appointment before I came only to find out that appointments are worthless because it's an emergency facility and emergencies come up. Y'all need to discontinue the appointment system. It is useless and it's not good for the public to assume that they have a legitimate appointment. Please discontinue the appointment system. Thank you.

Staff and doctor were on a rush. Did not take time to explain more about the diagnostic, nor how to treat my stomach pain at home while waiting for the GI appointment. Performance indicators used must have staff paid by patients processed, not satisfied patients. It is a shame how the healthcare system works. Patients deserve fair, comprehensive, empathetic treatment. Patients deserve a full explanation and exploratory analysis. Definitely not recommending.

The wait was long (more than 1 hour) but everything else was wonderful. The desk staff said the wait was even longer (over 2 hours) earlier in the day. That's the only negative thing to say. Everyone I came in contact with there, from desk staff, nurses, and doctors, were all wonderful. You might just need a few more of them to keep the wait lower . Thank you!
