I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to all the staff that helped me that day. I live in Arizona and I was visiting my brother. I had concerns about flying the next day with the concerns I had about my ear discomfort. Nicole greeted me and my brother with warmth and compassion. She assisted me in completing my intake paperwork which made the process easy and seamless. My NPR and her student assistant listened to all my concerns and addressed each one with kindness. Again, thank you for taking good care of my health. I'm back home and I feel great!
