Wonderful warm reception from the staff.

The one thing I don't like is MyChart. It is very impersonal, especially when you are a senior who didn't grow up using computers

Due to new insurance coverage, I had to choose a new provider after seeing the same doctor for over fifteen years. Needless to say, I was hesitant and a bit nervous over the change. However, Dr. Atwell-Small spent a significant amount of time listening and focusing on my health issues. She listened to everything I had to say and did not dismiss any concern. She had clearly researched the information provided from a recent hospital visit. I genuinely appreciated her thoroughness and did not leave the visit without sufficient answers to my questions. Thank you for making this transition so much easier than I had anticipated!

I felt like she listened to me and took everything I said in and found a path to where we can get some answers and I am very happy with everything that we have started. I will definitely be booking the rest of my family's primary care doctor appointments at this location as well.

I am a little disappointed in not getting favorable results on an issue I am having with itching on my right forearm, I don't feel like she fully understood what is going on. However she did prescribe a steroid that has helped about 40% with the itching.
