I would most definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Chiang to any and everybody. They were very detail-oriented. They made sure they asked me questions. They checked on me. They made sure I was okay. And they showed empathy as well, you know, with my recent life changing things with me moving and things. So I most definitely would recommend them. They get ten stars. They actually will get more if we can get them some. Good job. Thank you.

I love going to Dr. Chiang. She is so thoughtful, so sweet, and she tells you everything. And what I like about the practice is that you don't have to wait long. And once Dr. Chiang comes in, she talks with you, she gives you everything, not just half, but everything. And then she calls with your test results. That is the first doctor I have ever had to just call the doctor herself. She calls and she gives you the test results, and then she wants you to make an appointment. But she is an excellent doctor. I will never, ever go anywhere else except for Dr. Chiang. The only time I'll probably go somewhere else is if she retires. All right. Thank you.

My only concern as a new patient is that I was given an appt for 7:30.am and to arrive at 7:15am since I was a new patient. I arrived at 7:08am. No employees had arrived. At 7:15 the 1st employee pulled in. Office is still closed. I went to try the door at 7:25 and the office was still closed. At 7:35 the receptionist turned the lights on and unlocked the door. Thankfully, I had already set up the app and filled out everything in the portal so that all she needed to do was scan my ID and check me in. Everyone was friendly BUT I do think that the office should be open at the time I'm asked to arrive to my appt.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Chiang. She was informative, kind and knowledgeable. I came from another primary care. I had been using for over 25 years. Very reluctant to leave. I am so very happy i did.
