I sort of wish Dr. Keeling had listened to my concerns more instead of proceeding straight to prescribing me new birth control. She is very nice and knowledgeable, and provided me good information about my treatment options, but I sort of wish we had gotten more into the root of my problem. She didn't seem to have any interest in exploring that.

The entire staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. I love Dr. Keeling and have been going to her since I moved here to Georgia. And she makes things very personable and is very knowledgeable and always ready to answer all my questions. She's an amazing provider.

I do believe they could be more organized and communicate better between nurses . Every visit I have a new nurse and it always seems as thought they all aren't on the same page when it comes to information for patient. I was suppose to take a glucose test and was given glucola but was never instructed to get my blood taken . I was sent to the emergency room when I passed out during my appointment and never got a follow up call , I was suppose to receive a heart monitor , never got a follow up call , and every appointment I feel rushed and would rather see one consistent doctor who has time to give me thorough advice and really dive deeper into my health and what I should or shouldn't be doing .
