We love Dr. Boakhous and we sing her praises. So any non-10 scores are really just about the practice, not Dr. Boakhous. She is wonderful and we have a good experience with her almost every time. The only issue with this visit is that there was some scheduling challenges where they scheduled us on the wrong day, so when we walked in they didn't have our appointment on hand. But the staff that was there was able to fix it quickly, so I will give the staff good feedback for being able to resolve it and see us. So thank you. Overall, we have had a good experience. Thank you. Bye.

The process of booking an appointment was extremely difficult, period. We had a lot of back and forth with the nurse practitioner, but the time between conversations was extended. It took us all day to get answers, period.

We love Dr Boekhaus! She makes even my 15 year old son feel comfortable which is rare at this age. Of course my 7 year old son loves her and tries to take up too much of her time with questions but she is always very patient. Grateful every time we visit her. And the office staff is always so kind and helpful. We were in the waiting room for less than 2 minutes before we were called back and seen within 7 minutes of getting into the exam room. Amazing.

My provider for my son, Mrs. Boekhaus, I believe. I hope I'm saying it right. Dr. Boekhaus, she is absolutely amazing. She remembers things about my son even though we haven't, the visit might not be, it might have three months in between. She still remembers things about him. She is very informative. She answers all of our questions. She makes us feel comfortable. I love her very, very much. And the front staff are always so nice and greeting every time that we come. I would recommend this particular place to my friends, family, anyone. You guys are doing a wonderful job. Thank you so much.

I didn't like the experience with the nurses. They were not patient with my child. My daughter never cried like that in an appointment. Thankfully Melissa came back to the room and solved the issue.

I always have a good experience when I take my kids to this office. It amazes me how well this office is run. The staff and providers are always professional. The environment is neat. I almost always get a same day appointment when needed. This is the best pediatric office I've ever taken my children to. I highly recommend this office to any parent. Keep up the good work!

We had a 2 hour visit then didn't have what we needed when it came time for shots. We weren't sent to a different location for the shots. When we arrived they didn't know we were coming then worked us in and had a long wait because they had to get to go because the shots had to be logged
