This was my first time seeing this provider, had read and heard very good reviews and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Since this was my first time seeing him I rated the experience a 9, but I felt so at ease, he showed a interest in my problem and said he'd check into the history of my problem to better help me, I was very impressed and thankful that I'd finally found someone who was interested. So I really wanted to rate my experience as a 10, hope I can continue with him. Thank you for the opportunity. And the staff only taken oral information, so there was no need for handwashing, she didn't touch me, but she was kind and courteous.

The front check-in was fast, I didn't get her name. The nurse that took me back saw that I wasn't feeling well and was very kind to me. Dr Vick was awesome, as always. Andrea at check-out was so sweet. Audrey called after my visit because I sent a question in myChart. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease. WONDERFUL staff at Paulding ENT!!!

Dr. Vick and his entire staff were awesome. Dr. Vick took time with me, answered all of my questions, and ordered a hearing test that was in addition to the reason for my appointment (nasal congestion problem) that resulted in are recomendación for a hearing aid. Outstanding practice. I have a follow up appointment. A++
