Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I was in a lot of pain but was well taken care of. I like the way the waiting room was divided for "sick" and "not sick" but the signs were so small and out of the way that I did not notice them until I had been sitting on the wrong side for a while.

They didn't do anything. I came in with my daughter who broke a finger, and the first site said they wouldn't deal with it right off the bat, and directed us to another Wellstar facility, and after x-raying the finger, they also refused to help, and referred us to the emergency room, where we finally got her finger set. Other than the x-ray on a disc so we saved some time at the emergency room, it was a complete waste of time and $600. What is on the profile for these urgent care facilities, handing out tissues and Tylenol? And on top of that, you don't take Blue cross, Blue shield, so I was charged out of network $275 for a visit to be told you wouldn't address the finger. What a rip off, I will figure out where to go next time, it won't be to WellStar. I will be sure to tell every one who asks about how much time we lost and money wasted dealing with WellStar. The Dr. at the second facility instructed us to drive 30 miles to a pediatric hospital with an emergency room, thank God, the head nurse stepped in and told us the emergency room only 10 miles away would be able to handle it , they handle children's breaks all the time. Next time, it's straight to the emergency room, not wasting time and $ with you.

An amazing visit! I had a 9:30 in the morning appointment. I saw Dr llle and she ordered x-rays. Mark, the X-ray tech, was extremely courteous and caring concerning my pain. I got the disc of the x-rays. Dr llle very quickly came and described the results of my x-rays. I was on my way home by 12:00 or so. I've never had such an effective, speedy, caring medical visit. I will go back when I need another urgent care.

We made a reservation and waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes past our reservation time (total of 60 minutes in the waiting room because we arrived early), then waited another 30 minutes in the exam room before the doctor arrived. Xray was wonderful, courteous and quick. And then we waited again for quite a while before seeing the doctor again. We were at the facility for 2 1/2 hours and spent less than 15 minutes total with care providers (including, nurses, doctor, and xray).

I made an appointment for 10 am and was there for almost 3 hours. If you don't truly take appointments and call them a reservations, be upfront about what your process is. Front desk staff warmed but was down right rude the minute I walked in. Just poor communication and way to go about care.

Receptionist not friendly nor helpful.. the medical assistants the same and was rushing to get my information in. I loved the doctor she was very friendly and informative. I won't visit this urgent care anymore.

Dr. Ille saved my life! No other way to say it!!! She was kind, but very direct in telling me that I had to go to the ED, that she could not give me everything necessary for successful care. My nurse was also very good. She answered my questions thoughtfully, and provided excellent care.
