Dr. May is an angel. He is genuine, and as a doctor's daughter, I hear him. I wish he would tell me he could put may face back together as it was before my accident, but he is realistic and kind. Keep him.

From the time you step into the office to the last minute you leave, the staff is really great and very caring. The doctor is extremely caring about his patients. Taking good care of me.

Good experience. Facility is new, clean, welcoming. It's set back on its own; you can't see it from the main road; you turn at a RaceTrac, go down a road surrounded by trees, and then there's this big, beautiful health park. Plenty of parking and good signage. There are numerous offices in the building; I went to the ENT Clinic. Pleased start to finish. The front desk was welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. May listened to me, asked lots of questions, educated me on my options. I'd be hard-pressed to think of how it could have been a better practice or experience. Recommended.

I liked Dr. May in general. He just didn't do a lot of smiling. Which seems silly, but smiling makes me feel comfortable. I don't expect him to laugh at my nervous jokes, but when he never even cracks a smile, it's a little off putting. But he was nice enough and seemed very knowledgeable. I just feel like his bedside manner could be a little better or maybe he was just having an off day. I would still go back to him.
