Treatment was first class. However-to find the right treatment place was most confusing Comming from north on Cherokee Street there is no sign for the 699 building Then to find suite 240 there was confusion with the building 240. There is no sign on the internal area for 699 building. We only found the ENT building by asking 3 different people

Becca was extremely caring and thorough. She asked me numerous questions to try to understand my symptoms. She did very thorough testing, including scoping my sinuses. I thought she was very, very compassionate, and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting with her, even though I was sick.

For a doctors office, especially an ENT, they had music playing in the waiting room that was WAY too loud. People already don't feel well, and that music just made madders worse. I would not reccomend this office to anyone with ear problems
