The front receptionist were absolutely wonderful and Ms. Cantresa Dent got me an appointment earlier than my original one due to the seriousness of my medical issue. I would recommend this particular office to anyone who needs a foot doctor. Dr. Fitzgerald was absolutely professional and helped me. Thank you!

I had to sit and wait for 45 minutes before I was taken back and the Nurse or MA who took me back to the waiting room seems not to care about my time. If I were 15 minutes late I would have to reschedule plus I had to almost 3 months for this appointment why can't they be on time. I think this not good image.

The Dr did an awesome explanation of my daughter's concerns, but not only that, he was able to explain in detail the career path that my daughter is interested in going to. He was able to clear all of her doubts and explain his experience and how his years of medical school were like. Dr. Fitzgerald was able to be that support and answer the questions I I couldn't have for my daughter. My daughter wants to be a Dr. I thank the dr for the humility and availability that he had for us. Taking extra time of his busy schedule is definitely beautiful!

My gut impression is that the staff (everyone I came across except for the man that signed me in) wasn't happy to be there & was rushing to do stuff. Maybe over worked or Welstar just has to hire bodies to fill openings. Either way, I'm not going back ever.

Dr Fitzgerald did an amazing job. I was in a lot of pain. After my sugary, my pain was almost completely gone. My recovery was very quick and painless.

Dr Fitzgerald and his team were exceptional for the duration of my care -- I had two bunion correction surgeries over the course of a year, and it went very smoothly. All of my concerns were taken seriously and addressed quickly and professionally. 10/10 would get surgery again (but probably won't have to) (they did a really good job) (I'm taking WALKS again without pain, that's nuts).

Too many words to explain how we felt with this provider. I will only say we will not go back to this office. We will seek out another podiatrist not associated with Wellstar. There are many ways to explain conditions along with further treatment needed to a patient with some courtesy and even a bit of concern whether real or fake. We did not need to be treated as an aggravation to the Dr. We are traveling down a road full of uncertainty and possible danger for this patient. We do not need roadblocks that discourage him to continue to find a treatment that may lead to restoration of his health.
