She did not really listen. It was waste of her time as well as mine. Sorry for the inconvenience. I told her I had reflux and she ran with that and said it's not sinus. My nose hurts and I am always blowing my nose. But lesson learned. I will not come back

The front office was very respectful and quick to get me checked in. I waited a pretty good time, I thought, for the doctor to come in, and she was very short. She didn't seem to be concerned at all about what my problem was. She had already reviewed my records and made up her mind what she was going to do before she ever walked in. And when she walked in, she got to the point very short, did not seem to care what I had to say. She focused on what she was going to say, she finished what she was going to say, and she was out of the room in less than 10 minutes. I felt like it was very abrupt and not a very good bedside manner for sure. She was very rude. Did not appreciate it. Will not go back to her.
