The wait for the provider was excessive. I checked in ahead of time and arrived 15 minutes early as requested i.e. 3:00pm It was after 4:30 when I was seen. I respected the provider's time, but the same respect was not shown to me. The prescription I received was not fillable as written so I spent another 40 minutes on the phone and waited to get it rewritten. This also required a return trip to the pharmacy with the correct prescription. So more of my time was wasted.

It took me three months to get an appointment to be rescheduled over a month out again to be seen. They do not need to accept any more new patients. I pay my premiums every month and I can't even use them. But maybe once or twice because of the wait time at this office.

I was visibly upset by the procedure that was to take place and I was left to sit in a room half dressed with all the tools for almost 40 minutes.. it would have been nice for someone to have poked in and gave an update.. otherwise leave patient in waiting area until the provider is closer to be being ready to care for patient.
