I signed in on the kiosk but was asked to sign in on the phone for radiology-but the rep on the phone for radiology had all incorrect information and I told her I just updated everything on the kiosk-so she said I should talk to the reps at the desk but wanted me to pay her over the phone! I paid the rep at the desk! After waiting 2 hours, they put me in an exam room and then the nurse came in and said you can leave now! I told her that I haven't seen a doctor yet! The doctor came in and acted as if I was a bother and did not listen to me because she told me to take ibuprofen for pain and then I told her I can't take it due to my kidneys and she said "oh then take Tylenol" very impersonal, uncaring and nonchalant!

I used to really love it here. Maybe it's because not a lot of people knew about this place. If you have an appointment, you shouldn't have to wait 90 minutes if there is that type of delay, they should let you know.

Dr. Reddy was wonderful! We appreciated her explanation and how thorough she was when talking to the patient. All of the stuff was very kind and empathetic. The lady at the front desk was so great, wish you had her copy/pasted at all of your facilities.

Did nothing for me. I input that I had shortness of breath, I talked to a nurse after waiting 1 hour and then they told me they didn't have technology and told me to go to the ER. They did not see me more than 10 min and they did not help me. If I get a bill, I will dispute. If you cannot treat the symptoms, then you should direct people to the ER immediately rather than have the person wait and then see them.
