The visit went well as expected

This was the first urgent care where I've scheduled an appt and was called back right away once I checked in. From the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner they were all wonderful. Waiting for my sheet, the other medical assistant came in explained the medications I needed to take and how often. Everyone from check to check out were wonderful. Awesome group of women scheduled that day

I visited Urgent care Douglasville, and from the moment I walked in I was treated very kindly all the staff was very courteous from front desk the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner those ladies were excellent

Tanya was impeccable, w/ clarity investigating my condition, symptoms, and diagnosis in an extremely professional manner. She was not rushed, ensured she understood all my symptoms and asked probing questions to determine. with me, the best course of treatment + care for my illness (covid-19). The nurse that took my vitals was very thorough and also responsive, without being flustered by lack of BP results (she tried 3x to get a valid reading) and conveyed next steps & how long to expect to wait ( it was minimal ). I do Highly recommend this team and their focus, determination and detailed dedication and commitment under any circumstances. This was my first visit, per my GP recommendation, and is a premier team that embodies the A+ WELLSTAR culture! Impeccable, exquisitely designed, focused and well coordinated/ executed! Kudos to your entire team!
