Great bedside manner.

The Dr is great she ask all the questions that, related to my illness. She is nice and friendly, the place stays clean and the nurse is really kind and happy... Every time I go it's good vibes

The front office person did not greet me at the time of my arrival. The person was short with me and not very welcoming. After I sat down, she resumed her personal phone call. The MA was pleasant but later found out that she documented my weight incorrectly. When I checked out, there were two sheriff officers standing at the checkout area which I was not aware was the area to check out. This was very confusing and not sure what the check out process and was treated like I done something wrong. Also, the check out person did not ask me if the follow up location was good for me. Overall, I did not feel valued.

Yes, Dr. Allen and another young lady, well, the staff was all very nice. But they helped me to get some of my medication because I couldn't afford to go right to the pharmacy to pick up medication. And so they gave me a card to get a good discount and then gave me a few samples until I'm able to pick up mine as well. So I really appreciated that, they were very helpful. And they saw me even though I was in a bad financial state, but they still saw me and I appreciate that.
