Very pleasant. Didn't have to wait too long

Mostly everything was good, except for the check in process. Initially, the receptionist did not understand my need. Questions she could not answer regarding actually being seen there, under my insurance, which is Tricare. She did not know what a primary care manager was or a primary care provider was. So it made things difficult and then she started to become irritated, and started to look a little unprofessional. Aside from that, that is the only issue, the experience.

I love the whole practice, the doctors and... the doctors were very efficient, and I just love em they're so nice and, and the nurses are so nice. Yes I've already recommended this family practice to my, to my sister-in-law, my husband I'm going to have him go there. I just love the whole practice, they're, they were excellent, excellent, and I rate em 100, 200, they're the best doctor and friendliest people I have ever met, and I will continue to go, thank you. The facility as a whole was very clean as well and I am looking forward to working with this team to not only treat my health conditions, but to improve my health as well. The front desk gentleman was so kind and helpful both on the phone making my appointment and in person checking in and out. The head of the clinic also stopped by my room and introduced himself.
