Everyone was friendly and professional. I could tell they cared. I would, however, recommend that the staff keep their personal conversations about regular life a little more separate from customers. Maybe not talk about super personal things when clients are there. I do not mind staff being friendly with one another and chit chat. That is quite nice and makes the office feel welcome. I was just privy to a couple of more personal convos that I would rather not have heard.

I think I'm going to cancel my procedure. I really don't think it's necessary, since I allready have been told by other doctors that my veins are blocked and I don't want to be operated on if doctor says the veins are blocked. I will just keep up my exercise routine.
