First of all the nurse that called me back and took my vitals was so helpful.i had a problem with my medicine and she above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of..Then my visit with my doctor,MrsVivian was great. She explained everything with amazing detail.You can tell that she really cares about her patients.Great visit to start my day off.

What I was really impressed with is the time and attention that was given to me. I did not feel rushed. And all questions that I wanted answered, she not only answered my questions, but she went in detail. And when you get to be older, especially, people don't seem to all want to take as much time with you. I turned 70 in April, and I can't tell you how much this means to me. So I hope she gets the credit that she so well deserves. And I'm so appreciative.

The only issue I have was I saw his nurse practitioner and I really did like her and I will continue to see her, but when the appointment was made, I was told the appointment was made with Dr. G, but when I got there, I was told I was seeing her. You know, that's sort of unfair to a patient when you're expected to see somebody and then they just tell you, well, you're gonna be seeing this person today, but I did enjoy her and I guess it worked out for the best, but my thing is when they make the appointment, they need to let you know if you've only seen a certain person the whole time, they need to let you know we are making your appointment with his practitioner or whatever, but other than that, everything else was fine.
